prognosticators, if you want to maximize profits on local real
estate this year:
- Buy residential houses.
- Sell commercial buildings.
- Sell downtown retail space.
- And get ready for more growth.
More than 550 Realtors, lenders, contractors, business people and investors crowded a banquet hall at The Riverhouse in Bend on Wednesday for two sessions of the Bend Chamber of Commerce's annual Real Estate Forecast Breakfast.
