BEND, Ore. - August 15, 2005 - The first launch of the Mill Quarter Townhomes was a huge success. 10 of the 12 townhomes in Phase I were sold at the kick-off sales event on August 12, with all 10 selling for more than the asking price.

Two floor plans were offered in the first launch. The smaller of the two plans had a minimum bid requirement of $650,000, and all were sold. The larger plan was offered at a minimum bid of $990,000, and only two remain. All were sold for over the asking price, and the remaining two large townhomes are now available for $1.1 million each.
