A Healthy Cup with Low Impact

Strictly Organic Coffee is a lot like the name implies, serving the only certified organic and certified fair trade coffee in Central Oregon. For years, co-owners Richard Steffensen and Rhonda Ealy pointed to their relationships with certified fair trade farmers, devotion to sustainable and eco-friendly cultivation methods and great tasting products as reasons to buy their coffee. But, when the new café, roasting plant and administrative offices open on Earth Day, April 22, patrons will have another reason to support the local coffee roaster: their creation of a community-meeting place.
